I have already covered most of October, but a few more wonderful things have happened and I just had to share before we get into November!
First of all, we have to share the excitement we are experiencing in our family...we brought the new member of the Peterson crew home last week, and he is settling in well...
This is Jack "Skeleton" Peterson, our Sundance Conure :)
The girls have yet to calm down from their excitement, can't say I blame them, he is a pretty great guy...
Matter of fact, we got a little video of them together homecoming night, and I think we picked a winner with this one...I can't decide who is louder though, the girls or the bird :)
Here he is this past Sunday, after a few days of settling in, RIGHT IN, obviously!
Halloween came and went! And it was incredible, to say the least! We spent it with our church, of course! Last minute, we decided we wanted to partake in the Trunk or Treat at our church, but not as treaters, as trunkers! So, we did!
But we had two little treaters that were on a mission! And since we have yet to share their Halloween costumes with y'all in this blog...let's start there! This year, we transformed into:
the cutest little Minnie Mouse & the most beautiful Rapunzel on her wedding day...
They got so much candy, it's ridiculous. We will just take it slow!

We had so much, they went above and beyond!
Even snuck away for a few minutes to enjoy the photo booth...
We were hoping that we could breathe life into the biggest Trunk or Treat in the whole city...
To say that we did, would be an understatement. What we actuallly did, was enjoy the company of over 800 people stopping by our beautiful church to have a Halloween blast with is. It was incredible! We are one proud congregation! So honored to have been a part of it!

It's fitting that after such an incredible October, we were brought into the new month with the beginning of a series at Vintage I have been waiting anxiously for, The Faith Series. And what better day to start learning how to grow our faith even stronger, than football Sunday, when we are about to play the biggest game of the season, so far...against Green Bay.
Believe me when I tell you, we never lost faith. And in doing so, we earned, not only the victory, but the best game we have played all season so far. It was incredible. I can't tell you how awesome that felt! BECAUSE WE HAVE FAITH! On that beautiful note...we are OFFICIALLY...
